Choose the right service scope
Fork lowers maintenance and shock air-sleeve maintenance address different parts of your suspension from a full damper overhaul. Describe your symptoms and riding goals when booking so our team can help identify the appropriate work.
Fork rebuilds and inspection
A full fork service addresses the lowers, air spring and damper as applicable to the component and service selected. Inspection helps identify wear or damage that routine lubrication alone cannot address. Replacement parts, upgrades and tuning requirements depend on the model and condition.
Rear shock service and tuning
Full shock work includes internal service, fresh fluids and recharge where applicable. Ask about tuning if your suspension does not suit your riding goals. Model, year, available parts and condition determine service eligibility.
Confirm eligibility before shipping
Use the existing booking system to review your component and current service price. If it is not listed, email service@dirtlabs.com before sending it. Follow your booking confirmation and return authorization instructions. Transit time is additional to workshop turnaround.
Service value and aftercare
Compare the complete scope of a quote: internal work, seals, fluids, inspection, testing, parts and shipping. Our limited service warranty and case-by-case support through 180 days explain the support behind the work.
Manufacturer warranty eligibility is separate from routine service. Contact us before sending a manufacturer warranty request.
