Thanks for your interest in becoming a Partner Dealer with us! Partners get the best service we can offer and we also spend advertising money to make sure people in the area see your shop at THE spot for suspension service. Note that this level of service requires exclusivity on certain repairs

Turn around time?

Our Partner Shop Service grants you allocated spots at the front of the line. This means that we will slot your repair in for service the day after it arrives and do our best to get it in the mail ASAP

Who pays for shipping?

Customers, including shops, are responsible for shipping costs both to and from our facility. Return shipping is added to the service total and will be displayed as a line item on the invoice. (Typically this cost is between $8 and $20)

What is the margin?

EXTRA MARGN! Our Partner level shops get an extra margin on top of our, already competitive, bike shop margin in the industry, allowing you to run your service department with efficiency and keep your customers happy while being compensated for your time.

Do I need to create a dealer account?

Partner level dealers will need to apply. We keep this opportunity open to 1 per market.
