How to ship in an item

  • Fill out a Service Form (below)

    Make sure to include the service forms in the box

  • Ship in your Item

    Remove your items and package them well. We recommend UPS or Fedex. Please no packing peanuts!

  • We service items the day after they are received

    Items are scheduled for service the day after they are received in hose. Sorry we cannot work on items the same day

  • Completion and Return shipping

    Once completed and tested we will run your card or send you an invoice for payment. (check your email for tracking info!)

How do I remove my items?

Turn Around Time?

Our turnaround is simple. We receive the item the day it comes in, we work on it the next and guarantee it out by the following day, as long as we don’t have to order any unusual parts

Do I need an RA?

Nope.  Just ship it on in with your service form and we will take it from there!

Who pays for shipping?

Customers are responsible for shipping both to and from our facility.
